Returns

At AndStone, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return an item. We have therefore established a comprehensive returns policy to facilitate this process and ensure that our customers can shop with confidence.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). This means that you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason. Once we have received your notification of cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, within 14 days of the cancellation. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a tracked delivery service to ensure that the items are returned to us safely. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will examine them to ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging. If we find that the items are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. We will process the refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the DSRs and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed by the customer.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
